Terms of Service

Welcome to Cud U Plz ("Platform", "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Cud U Plz mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Cud U Plz operates solely as a peer-to-peer marketplace and communication intermediary that enables users to post micro-tasks/requests ("Requesters") and connect with other users who may perform those tasks ("Helpers").

• Cud U Plz does not provide labor, delivery, transport, or professional services directly.
• We do not employ, endorse, or verify the identity, background, reliability, or safety of any users.
• All interactions, negotiations, offline meetings, and task executions are undertaken solely at your own risk.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time directly within the application settings pursuant to Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v).

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or facilitate tasks that involve:

• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material.
• Illegal goods, substances, prostitution, counterfeit items, or unlawful activities.
• Intellectual property infringement or privacy violations.

Safety, Reporting, and Moderation (Apple Guideline 1.2):

• Reporting & Blocking: The Platform provides built-in tools allowing users to report objectionable tasks/messages and block abusive users immediately.
• Moderation Rights: We reserve the unconditional right to review, moderate, edit, or delete any content and immediately suspend or terminate any user account violating these standards, without prior notice.

4. Virtual Coins & In-App Purchases (Apple Guideline 3.1.1)

• Limited License: "Coins" or virtual credits acquired within the Platform represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize features and reward helpers inside Cud U Plz.
• No Real-World Monetary Value: Coins have no monetary equivalent outside the Platform, are not legal tender or cryptocurrency, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Apple In-App Purchases: All coin purchases made via iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple’s terms and payment conditions. All sales are final; refund requests must be directed exclusively to Apple Support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CUD U PLZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TASKS WILL BE PERFORMED SATISFACTORILY OR SAFELY.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CUD U PLZ, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR OFFLINE TASK PERFORMANCE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CUD U PLZ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD (WHICHEVER IS LESS).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cud U Plz from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or interactions with third-party users.
